Update: The application will allow me to connect to the internet to reset my password, it just won't let me log in. The request contains the following information in the message properties: Meeting is at 3 P.M. It's very frustrating that the laptop version won't let me do anything! It used to work, but has not since the update. On the organizer's computer, Outlook sends the meeting request.

The strange part is that it's working from my desktop (an '11 iMac) but it's not working from my laptop (a late 2010 MacBook Air). Important: When attempting to import an Outlook for Mac 2011 identity to Outlook 2016 for Mac you receive the error message,'Your identity cannot be imported as you do not have sufficient permissions on your 2011 identity,' see the KB article, Outlook for Mac for Office 365 Permission error while Importing an Outlook 2011 Identity. I set it up to see if it would fix the problem, but it still appears as though Evernote won't connect to the internet. I'm having the same problem as varic, but I don't have dual factor authentication set up. Since it's a reinstall, I can't move on and can't see the account option mentioned earlier in this thread. On initial sign in screen I get this message whether I use my email address or username. I have Evernote 5.2.1 for Mac installed and I'm running OS X 10.8.4. I'm having this problem too but am stuck at a different point because I followed another post to remove everything and reinstall Evernote from Mac App Store.

Logged back in to local software and website successfully Went to website and turned dual factor back onħ. Logged in with email address (not user name)Ħ. I had the same before so turned it off and all was well.
I'm a premium user and so have dual factor security and these problems all see associated with that security. Then, execute a Send/Receive All Folders to sync and repopulate the Inbox.I'm having this problem too but am stuck at a different point because I followed another post to remove everything and reinstall Evernote from Mac App Store.In Outlook, right clock on the Inbox folder which has the wrong unread items count, and choose Properties.If you continue to face the issue of wrong unread messages count in Outlook, here’s a trick to resolve the issue: To fix the incorrect unread messages count issue in Outlook, firstly to ensure that there is no rules, views or filters been configured and applied that may hide the unread emails from the view. But the unread count status does not actually sync with Outlook. To make matter worse, there is no way to reset or force Outlook to recalculate the unread messages count, even if you try to mark all messages as read, or login via OWA (Outlook Web Access) to ensure that all items are read, and that unread count matches the number of email messages remain unread on the web-based OWA. For example, Outlook may indicate that there is a count of 1 unread email message, but in fact there is none in the Inbox or there is a 3 count of unread emails when actually there is only 2 unread messages.
In Microsoft Outlook 2010, Microsoft Outlook 2013 or older Outlook versions, the Inbox displays the count of unread email messages, but the count may be wrong or incorrect.
